Damaged Hair

Damage to the hair is usually caused by heat, UV rays, or chemicals products. Poor diet might also contribute to damaged hair. Specifically if the body gets poor supplies of proteins and essential fatty acids. I suffered with dry and damaged hair in my past. Even I trimmed the tip of my hair regularly; my hair would be bad soon.

In the middle of my university study, I found Mylea hair mask I got when visiting a barber shop. This hair mask was really good. It successfully reborn my hair after I finished one tube. But I never continued to the next tube since I couldn’t find the product everywhere. It led me to my genuine condition: damaged and dry hair.

That was my hair condition in the past. But now, after knowing how to treat my hair, I can be happy with healthier hair. These all the tips I want to share based on my experience in the hair treatment:
  • Avoid blowing dry. If we have to, set the blow dry on the cool mode
  • Use conditioner regularly. It helps not only to soften the hair texture, but also give nutrition. For greasy hair, apply the conditioner on the hair tips only. Do not apply on the hair scalp, otherwise you will get
  • Never brush damp hair. If you have to, use a wide toothed comb. Damp or wet hair is fragile
  • Do additional treatment such as creambath once a month. A little tip: do not steam your creambathed hair if you experience with hair loss. Use the hot steamed towel instead
  • Avoid the direct sun light. Use hat as the protection or use conditioner with UV filter
  • Use the hair vitamin serum regularly after shampoo
  • Blot hair dry with a towel instead of rub since wet hair is more fragile

I have the same bad experience just recently. I was only there for the so-called 'free trial treatment' & hair scan basically but ended up paying RM50 on deposit (I just wanted to get the hell out of there! Cannot tahan the persuation already...) I also signed blindly on several piece of forms which I didn't read beforehand and now I regretted it.
